It seems like you may be encountering a runtime error issue with EasyCrypto. Have you tried reinstalling the program or contacting their support for assistance? It's also a good idea to check for any recent software updates that may address this issue.
I have forgotten my EasyCrypto password and I can't decrypt my files. Please help.

I recommend that you start the software and check its built-in Help section. Apps of this type have a documentation related to various issues (password recovery/reset included). This is the only way since the official website of the developers is nothing more than an indexer page without support or a way to contact them of their previous apps. From what it seems, the software is discontinued.
Additionally, look in the installation folder of the software as well. You might find user guides and documentation as well.
